Management and Organisation
The business is managed on a day-to-day basis by the CEO, Phil Weaver.
Phil brings a wealth of experience to the charity – 28 years of working in the community sector, the instigator and director of a national community-based initiative, known as Challenge ’94, which involved 1500 charities and a plethora of social initiatives. In the life of this 18 month project £3m was raised for local community social initiatives. He has since worked directly with the public over a long period of time and also managed several community organisations including a large national organisation.
Phil has also successfully run several businesses.
