PACE is continuously monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 in order to be able to react to the dynamically changing situation at any time and to adapt our measures accordingly.

The health and safety of our employees, volunteers and clients is our top priority and we are being guided by current alerts and information from the UK Government.

Due to the worsening situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended the majority of our services. By taking this action, we are following the recommendations of international, national and local authorities. Wherever operations need to be continued, we will take appropriate precautions to prevent the infection of our employees, volunteers and clients. An extension of this measure will depend on further developments.

We are currently operating a new initiative called Project 19 in response to the needs of the Charnwood community during this time of social distancing and lockdown, linking in with local social services in identifying individuals and families most in need, through our food bank, counselling and helping to combat loneliness.
